Annette Pickett

Annette is likely to be the first person you speak to when you call or visit our office. Annette’s exemplary customer service generates compliments from everyone – Branch Office clients, our tenants and their clients; as Annette’s level of service and commitment to client satisfaction is first class.

Annette’s career has been primarily customer service focused roles across a range of industries, and after 10 years as MAIB’s Corporate Receptionist she joined our team as our Client Relations Manager.

Annette can assist with meeting room bookings, our business centre services and general queries for The Branch Office and our tenants. She is also the corporate face for our two largest tenants.

Belinda Barrett

Belinda’s background is property and administration management and with a Diploma in Management, her key role as Business Development Manager has been transforming the business through building upgrades, project management, implementing processes, securing long term tenants and attracting regular and corporate clients.

Belinda has a ‘can do’ attitude and is client focused to ensure quality service is provided to all of our new and existing clients. Belinda is our decisive decision maker!

Karen Pratt

Karen is highly skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel and she is our go-to person for creating, formatting, proofing, templates, minute taking, report preparation, tenders and government submissions to name just a few. The more challenging a document the better for Karen – she will assess, problem solve and provide clients with a solution that more often than not will exceed their expectations.

Karen has had many years' experience working at an executive level, both in Tasmania and interstate, and her attention to detail and proof-reading skills are traits that set her apart. We do love our grammar lessons from Karen when submitting a document for her to review!

We must all obey the great law of change. It is the most powerful law of nature.
