Meet Our Team
Annette Pickett joined our team in September 2018 as our Client Relations Manager after 10 years as MAIB’s Corporate Receptionist. During Annette’s working life she has undertaken primarily customer service focused roles across a range of industries.
While The Branch Office is very different to what Annette was accustomed to at MAIB, the primary focus of her role is the same – providing high quality customer service. The compliments flow from everyone – Branch Office clients, our tenants and their clients as Annette’s level of service and commitment to client satisfaction is first class.
Annette is relishing the opportunity to brush up on some skills she’s had hidden away for years, learn new skills, take on challenges all while adding her own stamp to the Client Relations Manager role.
If you’ve been into The Branch Office since Annette started we are sure you would agree that she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and will go above and beyond for clients each and every time. We are very pleased Annette made the decision to join the team.
Karen Pratt is our resident guru when it comes to all things document related (Microsoft Word & Excel in particular). She is the go-to person for creating, formatting, proofing, templates, minute taking, report preparation, tenders and government submissions to name just a few.
Karen has had many years' experience working at an executive level and her attention to detail and proof-reading skills are traits that set her apart. We do love our grammar lessons from Karen when submitting a document for her to review!
Belinda Barrett is our longest servicing team member. With a background in property and administration management, her main focus over the past 2 ½ years has been transforming the business through building upgrades and maintenance issues, securing long term tenants and attracting regular and corporate clients. With more works planned in the upcoming months, Belinda will again be putting her skills to the test.
Annette, Karen and Belinda have previously worked together and bring to the team strengths, knowledge and skills from many different areas - we have all the bases covered.
The Branch Office offers high level secretarial, administrative and executive assistant services, together with quality meeting rooms and a broad range of printing and copying services.
Secretarial services include copy typing, document proofing, CVs, board papers, annual reports and article preparation and presentation.
Our Meeting, Conference and Interview Rooms can be hired for large or small board meetings, body corporate meetings, presentations, seminars and client interviews.
