How do meeting room reservations work?

You only pay for what you need. All our rooms can be booked by the hour, half day or full day.

How much notice do you need to make a booking?

To secure the best room for your needs, the earlier you can book the better.  However, we know things can change last minute so you can book on the day (subject to availability). Additional items like catering and secretarial support may not be available with same day bookings.

Can I change my booking?

Of course – date, time and room changes can be made at any time (subject to availability).

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellation fees may apply should you need to cancel within 48 hours of your booking. On the day cancellation or no-shows will be charged the full fee.

Do you offer video conferencing facilities?

Yes we do. These facilities are available in most rooms, depending on your requirements.

What about Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is complimentary with all bookings.

Are any of your rooms wheelchair accessible?

Definitely. Our ground floor rooms are wheelchair accessible with wheelchair accessible bathroom facilities close by.

Do you provide catering?

Absolutely! We can arrange a fabulous morning tea, lunch or afternoon tea from local caterers. See our sample menu here - Catering Menu. If what you are wanting is not on our menu, just ask. We can arrange most things.

You are also welcome to arrange your own catering for no additional cost.

Got any parking?

We have 15 minute free parking right outside the door if you need to drop off or pick up anything, but for longer stays there is metered street parking and car parks located in very close proximity to our building.

I’m not the 9-5 type, are you?

Generally yes, but we understand that many people aren’t, so we offer after hours and weekend hire by negotiation.

Do we have to use the stairs to get to level 1?

No, we have a lift!

Coffee?

You can help yourself to as many instant or pod machine coffees as you like (or tea or milo) but if you book a room for the full day we will give you a voucher from our favourite café and you can treat yourself to barista magic in a cup!
